We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for a new position in our growing Accountant & Taxation firm located in Fall River, Massachusetts. The position is for approximately 30-40 hours per week and increasing to 60 hours during tax season. A candidate must possess strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes as well as work independently.
Our Firm has a diverse client base that includes construction, cleaning, professionals, homeowners, auto dealers and others.
Responsibilities include:
- Client accounts payable
- Client accounts receivable
- Client bank and credit card journal entry and reconciliations
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Collating client tax returns
- Miscellaneous office duties
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Associates degree or certificate in bookkeeping a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Experience with Drake Software Suite a plus
- Bilingual (Portuguese and or Spanish)

Outside Sales Representative – Entry Level

Immediate openings for young outside sales representatives to join CSEP Tax and Business Center in our Fall River, MA office. We teach our new sales reps sales 101 and once proficient in sales we teach sales management as all of our managers are promoted from within. This is a real opportunity for growth with a company which has just opened new office in Fall River, MA.
This position is perfect for a college graduate or young professional who is looking to begin a career as a sales representative and learn about all aspects of business from the ground up.
The outside sales representative will be responsible for following up on leads, generating new business, cultivating existing relationships and assisting customers with service related projects. Our Account Executives enjoy the freedom of being out in the field for much of their day.
